We are excited to announce the Greater Yellowstone Sustainability Workshop for Businesses. This one-day workshop will be held throughout the region over the next two months to educate businesses and other organizations on the principles of sustainability. It will explore why sustainability is important in a globally competitive economy and offer tools for reducing wasted resources, such as energy and materials. The modules will give participants tools they can take back to their organizations and immediately implement for improved efficiency and cost-savings. The workshop content is inspired by the Yellowstone Business Partnership’s UnCommon Sense program, a two-year peer supported program that equips businesses to make desired changes in their operations and empowers them to become sustainability leaders in their communities and industry sectors. UnCommon Sense field representatives, Christina Thomure and Wendy Weaver, will deliver the workshops, partnering with local chambers and tailoring the training to the needs of businesses in each community. Space will be limited to the first 15 businesses, so sign up soon! Click on the links under the workshop details below to RSVP.
